					<description>There are many reasons why different organizations (Financial Services as mentioned in the previous comment) are struggling with implementing transpromotional strategies. The number one reason is their size. Large organizations have a silo structure for marketing and print production functions. 

These departments view value and success as entirely different things. Production is interesting in decreasing pagecount to save on postage and increase throughput. Marketing is interested in expanding the number of pages and increasing lifetime customer value. Until someone with organizational power can resolve the situation, this will be a low-priority battle between the CMO and COO. That's a shame.</description>
